Spring 2025 Lacrosse Registration
Join us for Spring Lacrosse! AYLC Coaches are committed to building competent, skilled lacrosse players. We are a competitive program and play high-speed lacrosse. Our High School programs practice 3-4x/week and run through mid-May with the goal of reaching a state championship. Our youth programs practice 2-3x/week and run through the end of May.
A membership with USA Lacrosse is required to participate with AYLC.

The High School Boys Spring season kicks off the week of January 6, 2025. Varsity athletes will participate in the Vestavia Icebreaker on January 11, 2025, and all athletes should expect weekend games beginning toward the end of January. An additional tournament may be added. Athletes should also register with GBYLA.

Proof of School Enrollment is required
Acceptable proof must display the player's name in full along with the school name and term year. Options include a valid school ID, a proof of enrollment from from your school's office, or a report card
The High School Girls Spring season kicks off the week of January 6th. Players practice 3-4x/week and should expect weekend games beginning January 25th. The team will participate in the Vestavia Icebreaker on January 11th, and attend Girls Varsity Training Camp Jan 17-19th. Athletes should also register with GBYLA.

Our Spring Youth Lacrosse Program is competitive and emphasizes the development of high-speed lacrosse with a focus on building athletes into leaders. Many of our players begin young and play throughout High School, with a number continuing to play at the collegiate level.

Join us for Fall Lacrosse! AYLC Coaches are committed to building competent, skilled lacrosse players. Our developmental Fall program emphasizes skill-building and conditioning.

The U8 Boys Fall season focuses on conditioning and skill-development. The team practices 2x/week and finish the season with a tournament experience.

The U12 Boys will meet for 8 sessions during the months of September and October focusing on speedwork, conditioning, and skill-development. They come together again in December for an intensive 5-day training camp.

The U10 Girls play a six-week Fall season beginning on Sept 16. The team will attend the Witches Brew tournament on October 26.

The U12 Girls play a six-week Fall season beginning on Sept 16. The team will attend the Witches Brew tournament on October 26.

The U14 Girls play a six-week Fall season beginning on October 1. The team will attend the Witches Brew tournament on October 26, and the Surf-n-Turf tournament on Nov 9-10.

The High School Girls fall season begins on October 28. The team will attend two tournaments including the Draw for a Cause on Nov 16-17, and Merry Laxmus on Dec 7-8.

Fall 2024 Mini Sticks

Calling all PreK-2nd Grade Girls! Join us for fall mini sticks! AYLC coaches are committed to building competent, skilled lacrosse players.
Mini Sticks focuses on introducing the game of lacrosse to girls in PreK - 2nd grades. Players learn lacrosse fundamentals including passing, catching, scooping, cradling, dodging, defending, and shooting. Players are divided into small groups to maximize individual instruction.
Fall Mini Sticks runs September 23-October 31. Players practice on M/Th from 5:15-6:15pm. To be eligible to play, athletes must have turned 4 years old by September 1, 2024, and have a valid USA Lacrosse membership.
Players need a mouthguard, cleats, and a water bottle. All other equipment is provided by AYLC.
AYLC Mini Sticks Registration Fee: $70
